Terms of Service
Your agreement with Meta DM for using our automation platform.
By using Meta DM, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced here. If you are using Meta DM on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Meta DM provides automation for Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger via official Meta integrations. Features may evolve; we may add or remove functionality while keeping core obligations intact.
You must keep credentials secure, maintain accurate account information, and ensure your use complies with Meta policies and applicable laws. You are responsible for actions taken through your account.
No spam, harassment, illegal content, or misuse of Meta platforms. Automations must respect opt-in/opt-out rules and message frequency guidelines. We may suspend accounts for violations.
Paid plans renew automatically per the billing cycle you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next cycle. Taxes may apply.
Meta DM retains all rights to the service, brand, and technology. You retain rights to your content and grant us a license to process it solely to deliver the service.
Our use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using Meta DM, you also agree to the data practices described there.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows or third-party platform changes (e.g., Meta API limits) may affect availability.
Meta DM is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may cancel anytime; your access continues through the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate for breach, legal requirements, or platform abuse. Upon termination, your access ceases except as required by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable local law unless superseded by mandatory consumer protections. Disputes will be handled in the courts of our principal place of business, unless prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-product or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
