We collect account details you provide (name, email, business info), authentication tokens to connect your Instagram and Facebook accounts, usage data (features used, timestamps, device and browser metadata), and necessary payment data processed through our PCI-compliant providers.

We use your information to deliver and improve Meta DM, operate automations you configure, provide support, send essential service communications, and maintain security, fraud prevention, and compliance with Meta policies and applicable law.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with vetted subprocessors needed to run Meta DM (hosting, analytics, support, payment) under strict confidentiality, and with Meta as required to operate the integrations you enable. We may share if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, logging, and regular security reviews. Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel with least-privilege principles.

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Upon closure, we delete or anonymize data unless retention is required for legal, security, or audit purposes.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Contact us to exercise these rights; we will verify identity before fulfilling requests.

Where data moves across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms consistent with applicable regulations.

Meta DM is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe we have, contact us for deletion.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the product or email. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
